The Certified Kitchens Story
Certified Kitchens was founded on the idea that Gluten Free & Organic foodservice professionals deserve the best cooking environments. Created by the husband and wife team, Thomas and Marie Banis, every kitchen detail has been designed with Gluten Free & Organic foodservice in mind.
Thomas brings to the table 35 years of commercial kitchen and restaurant design experience and Marie is the Co-founder of Thoughtful Food, an Organic & Gluten Free Certified granola company that produces Giddy Up & Go Granola. Together, inspired by the love of cooking with organic and sustainable ingredients, they created Certified Kitchens–a dedicated Organic & Gluten Free facility catering to foodservice entrepreneurs looking for professional grade kitchens as well as guidance on how to become certified Organic and Gluten Free. Currently Certified Kitchens offers six commercial kitchens for rent. Three of the kitchens are certified Gluten Free and are dedicated to the creation of Gluten-Free products while the other three kitchens are dedicated to organic cooking and baking.
